Points are a reflection of your visits with us and hold value only within the KingSpa Rewards program. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another member, or redeemed outside of complimentary admission.
Keep Your Account Active
To maintain your point balance, simply visit us or engage with the app at least once every 12 months. Points expire after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — we want to reward our active wellness community.
